I am avoiding multitasking for mental well-being.

Being in the moment is what I want, but I fail most of the time.

In today’s demanding world, staying calm & still is such a challenge with a mind going a mile a minute.

The lesson I have learned and try to avoid

  • Multitasking
  • Overthinking
  • Catastrophising
  • Sleeping less
  • Speaking more than required

Things helping me

  • Meditation (deep breathing)
  • Spending time with nature regularly (grounding myself)
  • Accepting nature/life takes time to repair (patience)
  • Openness (acceptance)

I would love to know what’s worked for you and how many still feel burnt out and looking to work on their mental well-being.

Saturday afternoon @ MacRitchie Reservoir trail grounding myself.
