0 to 7 awards in 12 months – What just happened

Twelve months ago, our company stood on the edge of possibility. We participated in the HR Vendor of the Year Awards 2023 with no wins. That night, I sent a message to my team. (attached)

I told them that although we didn’t reach the top, our effort was just the beginning. We had dived into the deep end, realizing the scale of the challenges ahead. It was both a humbling and inspiring moment. I promised them that life is a marathon—it’s only over when we stop running.
And run we did.

Fast-forward to today, and we hold and are finalists in 4 other categories.

I firmly believe this achievement isn’t the result of one solution, one breakthrough, or one effort; ’ of HR and workforce management solutions, which we have put our heart and soul into for the last 12 months.
