The Problem: Walking Alone Looks Glorious, Until It Doesn’t
There’s a dangerous myth out there—the lone wolf entrepreneur. The genius who builds empires with no help, no support, no one to lean on. Truth is? That story sells, but it rarely sustains.
I know because I nearly believed it too. When I started, I thought I had to fight every battle myself – carry the weight, make the decisions, fix the mess. But the truth is, the journey of building a life or business is too long and too uncertain to walk it alone.
And even if you can walk it alone… why should you?
Without Anita, I would’ve walked away from the cliff’s edge long ago. Without Surjit, The journey would have be lonely.
The Solution: Great Partnerships Are Not Found—They Are Built

Step 1: Build on Belief, Not Just Skills When I met Surjit, he wasn’t just a co-founder. He was someone who believed in the invisible with me. We didn’t always agree, but we always aligned. He challenged ideas, but never intentions. That made all the difference.
Step 2: Define the Fight You’re Willing to Share Partnership isn’t about equal work—it’s about equal willingness. Anita saw the mess behind the miracle. She knew the late-night pacing, the self-doubt, the tears I never let the world see. Her belief made me brave.
Step 3: Speak When It’s Easy to Stay Silent In business and marriage, the easiest path is silence. The hardest path is honesty. But every hard conversation with my partners opened up a layer of strength I didn’t know we had.
Step 4: Respect the Rhythm Partnerships have a rhythm—sometimes you’re the one charging ahead, other times you’re the one holding the ground while the other takes the leap. Respect that. It’s how you keep walking when the road gets steep.
A Tale of Two Partners: Life and Business
2003. I was canceling my work pass, risking everything. Anita was miles away in Dubai, waiting with nothing but faith in her heart.
2004. Surjit and I partnered together. No roadmap. Just sheer stubbornness and a dream.
2014. We’re bought our first office, then went ahead and got our 10,000-square-foot building. Build workforce of 250+
2024: We’ve won awards – 100 Entrepreneur Award, Best recruiting Firm, Best EOR firm, Best Gig Workforce platform, 3 corporate cricket Awards and many more.

All this while facing down some brutal storms. And we’re still here—because we built something together. Partnership is not about splitting effort. It’s about doubling strength.
🧭 The Hope: What Happens When You Walk Far Enough Together

- We didn’t get here because we avoided conflict. We got here because we worked through it.
- We didn’t last because we were lucky. We lasted because we chose each other again and again.
- To anyone starting out: Find your people.
- To anyone in the middle of the storm: Hold on tighter.
- To anyone who’s forgotten the power of “we”: It’s still your greatest asset.
